Erika Mitchener has 17 years of professional coaching experience in the health and fitness community. Her passion for fitness was ignited at the age of 12 when she began training in traditional Japanese Martial Arts. She holds the rank of black belt in both International Kwanmukan Karate and the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation, and has extensive training experience in traditional Okinawan Karate, Okinawan Kobudo, Judo and Tai Chi Chuan. With her academic degree focused on in East Asian Studies, Erika brings a unique Eastern philosophical approach to her coaching style. Through discipline and tough love, balanced with the right amount of understanding and compassion, Coach Erika helps each client reach their untapped potential and live their life with full power.
